Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Every Tremblay mill is made by hand. When ordering, you can select the mechanism (salt or pepper), the colour and the type of wood from the options offered by the woodworker on the order form.

 

Once the order is received, we ask you to allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Your pepper or salt mill will be sent by courier, packaged to ensure its arrival in perfect condition.

Our Quality Guarantee

All our pepper mills are guaranteed.  The Professional Series™ mechanism used in their manufacture is also guaranteed for life.

 

If this mechanism stops functioning, contact us immediately. We will replace any mill with a manufacturing defect, with certain conditions.
